Even though I have astigmatism (worse in my left eye), I can buy plano contacts~

And even better news!

My insurance covered the exam, the cleaning stuff, and a box of contacts.

I'm getting gemstone green (that I have on in the above pic) and turquoise.

OK, so I think it'll be easier to keep track of my weight loss if I keep a record on my LJ blog.

Every day (or at least every other day), I'll post my current weight and how much I've lost.

(Yes yes, you'll realize just how obese I am. Be afraid, be very afraid. Rawrrrrrrrrrr)

So if anyone cares to track my progress, it'll be here ^_^

I found my mouse, Lucien, dead in her cage this morning.

I saved her years ago from a pet store in San Francisco that wanted to feed her to a snake.



I don't really want to talk to anyone right now.

I don't want to hear anyone else say "well, it was only a mouse."

That is the worst possibly thing someone could say to me right now.

And I don't want to lose my temper today.

You know what?

I'm so freakin' sick of myself.

This unhealthy crap has been nearly 21½ years in the making, and lame excuses like "I have no willpower" and "I just love food" aren't going to cut it anymore.





THIS ENDS NOW.

Well, it actually ended yesterday morning, but that's beside the point...

Perhaps I'm not going to diet for the best reasons.

But if I'm still going to get there for the wrong reasons, I don't really care.

I know it can't be at hard as I was fooling myself to believe.

I gave up fastfood after all (117 days and counting! ), and now I rarely ever crave it.



The "ideal" amount to consume per day is 2,000 calories (1,200 if you're dieting).

Yesterday, I took in approximately 425.

By the end of today, I'll have drunk 680 calories.

I'm going to try and stay under 700 a day.

May not be the healthiest route, but it can't be nearly as bad as what I've been doing to myself up until now.

I'm going to be taking vitamins too, because getting sick sucks ;_;

I bought some V8 V-Fusion Tropical Orange juice. Damn yummy, and 2½ servings of veggies ^-^v



PS - <3 to for making something click in my head.

PPS - I had this huge rant planned out, but now I'm feeling all relaxed and chill ^_______^

That relaxed feeling I mentioned might have been my body eating itself XD

700 calories a day isn't gonna cut it.

Closer to the end of the night at work, my eyes got all glassy, everything got kind of hazy, I couldn't stop yawning, and I couldn't really walk in a straight line.

My supervisor forced me to eat something -.-

So I'm upping my intake to 1000 calories a day, and we'll see how it goes.

Firstly, Happy Valentine's Day!!

Thank you for all your time, support and so much love.

Today I have a kind of bitter announcement:

I've decided to "graduate" from PS company, with whom I've been affiliated for the past ten years, after my concert at Hibiya Yagai Ongakudo on April 5th.

After the event at Budokan on January 3rd,
I looked up at the far-reaching sky and horizon over the sea in Okinawa for the first time in all these years, and decided to think about my one and only life 10 or 20 years down the road.

Thought about myself as an artist,
how to face the fans and people who support me,

thought and thought and got tired, and took nap and woke up and thought and thought,

took a shower, and thought and thought,

got hungry and had a light meal, and thought and thought,

walked along the sea and thought and thought,




Then, before I realized, it was morning.

And I watched the sun rising from the sea
Without thinking I spontaneously started to cry.

Neither sad nor happy tears

I just cried.

And decided.

It's neither a sad thing nor a happy thing

I made a decision for my own bright feature.
At least, I believe so.

I'll talk about the how and why
in another way or something, some other time.

We achieved great success at the agency's 10th anniversary concert, and I fulfilled my role as representative of all the affiliated bands
The agency started its 11th year of activity without any problems.
That's one of my main reasons.

Of course, I'll keep on singing "peace&smile" like always.

Above all, I want to express my thanks to Chief Executive Mr.Ozaki, who was surprised to hear this but understood after great reflection.
To all staff who worked through blood, sweat and tears to be my hands, legs and sometimes even like my body, thank you, thank you very much.

I know that no matter which road I choose, it's a thorny path.
So think I should live in a way I won't regret when I'm looking back on myself 10 or 20 years from now.


Hope we'll be able to have sweet sweet dreams instead of chocolates that makes cavities in our teeth.

Some cars slammed on their brakes, so the woman in front of me slammed on hers, and I was following too close and had no time to stop.

I didn't even leave a scratch on the lady's car, but the trailer hitch on the back of hers fucked up the front of my car. The hood is crumpled up like paper.

Half of the stuff under the hood needs to be realigned, and the brake fluid tank needs replacing. And I'll probably need a new hood. Oh, and paint where the trailer hitch ripped it off.

Thankfully, both she and the police officer were really nice. And my parents didn't flip the fuck out.

At least, not yet.

The bad news is that my dad said I don't have collision protection under the insurance, so I get to pay for it out of my own wallet.
